We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our consultancy services or reliance on information provided through this website. Clients are responsible for their own business decisions.

Payment terms are agreed upon in writing before any work begins. Fees are based on the scope of services outlined in each project proposal. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 14 days of the relevant invoice. Work already completed at the time of a refund request is non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
You may cancel an engagement at any time by emailing info@lightsaltconsult.com. For project-based work, you will be billed only for services completed and any non-recoverable costs incurred up to the cancellation date; any unused prepaid balance is refunded in line with our Payment & Refund Policy above. Scheduled consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
If you are dissatisfied with a service or believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at info@lightsaltconsult.com so we can resolve the matter directly. We aim to acknowledge disputes within 2 business days and to resolve them within 5 business days. If you paid by card, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and issue any refund due. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the governing law set out below.
From time to time we may run promotions, such as a complimentary initial consultation. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per business or individual, cannot be combined with other offers, carry no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. A free consultation is provided for informational and educational purposes only and places no obligation on either party to enter a paid engagement.
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform to communicate with customers on +44 7732 780862. If you message us there, we will reply to help with your enquiry.
We only start a conversation with you if you have opted in — by ticking the WhatsApp consent box on our contact form, by messaging us first, or by agreeing in writing during an engagement. Opting in is optional and is never a condition of receiving a quote or using our services. Depending on your consent, we may send appointment reminders, service and account notifications such as project updates and invoices, and promotional messages about our services.
You can opt out at any time and free of charge by replying STOP to any message from us, or by emailing info@lightsaltconsult.com. We stop messaging you as soon as we receive the request. Your mobile provider's standard data charges may apply. Advice given over WhatsApp is informal and subject to the same limitations set out in these terms; formal engagements are always confirmed in writing.
Our consultancy is advisory and educational in nature: we review your business and provide guidance to help you improve. Information and recommendations we provide do not constitute regulated financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and you remain responsible for your own business decisions. We do not provide accounting, audit, tax filing, or other regulated professional services, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to do so. We confirm the scope of every engagement with you in writing before work begins.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
